Tony is one of Reset’s co-founders and Chief Operating Officer. He has worked as a Recovery Coach and Sober Companion for over 15 years, primarily with people in the business and entertainment world who have sought support to overcome addiction and build a new life.

Named by the Financial Times as “The World’s Most Elite Sober Coach”, Tony is known for his ability to create real change, often at critical moments.

With a unique combination of personal experience, deep empathy and professional expertise, Tony meets each client where they are. Through evidence-based coaching and interventions, he has helped countless people move from hopelessness to vitality – and to reconnect with themselves and their loved ones.

Linus is the co-founder and CEO of Reset, with a clear mission: to build a business where quality, humanity and results go hand in hand. With a background in both entrepreneurship and leadership, he drives the development of Reset forward – strategically, operationally and in terms of values. Linus is passionate about creating a professional context where clients get the support they need to take back their lives and create lasting change.

Trained in MI (Motivational interviewing) and certified coach with a focus on behavioral and substance addiction.

Per is the Chief Medical Officer and co-founder of Reset. With a background as a specialist in internal medicine and emergency medicine, as well as a PhD in medicine, he combines clinical experience with a deep commitment to evidence-based treatment.

His work is characterized by a holistic approach to healing and a strong focus on patient safety and long-term recovery.

Theo is a co-founder of Reset and works as a youth mentor, with a special focus on supporting young people in addiction and identity search. Through his own journey and commitment, he meets other young people with presence, sensitivity and an ability to build trust. Theo plays an important role in building bridges between generations and showing that change is possible – no matter where you start.

Patrik is co-founder of Reset and has an advisory role in the development of the business – from values and treatment programs to client experience and future direction. He is also active as a sober companion and supports individuals in vulnerable situations with presence and guidance.

As a serial entrepreneur, he has founded several successful companies with the ambition to challenge the establishment. Patrick’s own journey through addiction and recovery characterizes his involvement in Reset, where he brings authenticity and a strong belief in change.

Stefan is a senior advisor at Reset and one of Sweden’s most experienced experts in psychiatry and addiction care. He is a specialist in general psychiatry, associate professor at Karolinska Institutet and has for many years combined clinical work with research and teaching. With deep knowledge and a holistic perspective, Stefan contributes to quality assurance and further development of Reset’s treatment methods.
