Philosophy: An individual-based journey to freedom

It's not just about addiction. It is also about pain that you try to numb.

Structure: A personal but clear path

Five phases

Phase 1: Mapping & Contact

Purpose: To see the whole person and create a safe alliance.
  • Holistic analysis (mental, physical, social & spiritual screening)
  • Identification of addiction patterns, trauma and defenses
  • Clarification of objectives and motivation profile
  • Creation of treatment and recovery plan together with the client

Phase 2: Deprogramming & Self-awareness

Purpose: To understand why you do what you do – without judging.
  • Psychoeducation on addiction, trauma, the nervous system & the brain
  • Reflection on roles, defenses and identity
  • Beginning of therapeutic work: ACT, IFS, EMDR, gestalt therapy, psychodrama, etc.

Phase 3: Emotional healing & inner connection

Purpose: To process what hurts and reconnect with self-worth.
  • Therapy focusing on shame, guilt, grief, anger and relational wounds
  • Safe mirroring and group cohesion
  • Exploring self-sabotage, inner children and neglected needs
  • Optional existential or spiritual immersion

Phase 4: Rebuilding & identity shift

Purpose: to build the life you want to live – on your own terms.
  • Life design: goals, meaning and values
  • Working with relationships, communication and boundary setting
  • Preparation for possible work on psychedelic integration (for interested parties)
  • Self-leadership and lifestyle change training

Phase 5: Aftercare & long-term integration

Purpose: to create sustainable change – not just sobriety.
  • Dedicated aftercare coach for 6-12 months
  • Digital platform: diary, cravings tracker, community, reminders
  • Group meetings, mentoring programs and relapse prevention
  • Continued therapy and coaching if needed

Methods & tools: A modern and holistic model

Core methods:

– 5-Step Model (secular & psychologically grounded)
An in-depth recovery program – free of dogma, focusing on self-understanding and inner development.

– Trauma-informed therapy
EMDR, IFS, SE (somatic experiencing), attachment work.

– Somatic work
Nervous system regulation through breathing, movement, body scanning & release.

– Existential & spiritual conversation
For those who want to – about soul, meaning, wonder and trust in something bigger than the ego.

– Psychedelic aftercare
Integration, meaning-making and anchoring after treatment with ketamine and psilocybin. – only in the context of legal treatments or treatment in countries where it is allowed. We follow the emerging research in the field closely and offer support with the utmost respect for the complexity and sensitivity of the topic.

– Life design & sustainable living
Diet, exercise, sleep, relationships, creativity and community.

Follow-up: From insight to integration

For us, treatment is not a temporary break from everyday life – it is the beginning of a new way of living. This is why we place great emphasis on continuous follow-up and long-term integration.

We follow each individual throughout the process, with a particular focus on the transition between the treatment phase and everyday life. Our follow-up work is systematic, personalized and adaptable – to ensure that the inner change is also reflected in the outer life.

Individual follow-up

Dedicated aftercare coach for 6-12 months who follows the client’s journey through regular calls and support interventions.

Personalized integration sessions where we revisit the client’s goals, patterns and progress.

Periodic measurements (e.g. quality of life assessments, risk behaviors, emotion regulation) to give both client and team insight into progress.

Social Community

Weekly group meetings online or in person, led by therapists or recovery coaches.

Mentoring programs where former clients who have integrated their change share experiences and support.

Annual reunions – to deepen, inspire and remind you of the direction.

Digital support

  • Notifications and micro-reminders about the client’s goals, strengths and life choices.
  • Digital check-ins with optional themes: relationships, emotions, stress, purpose, relapse.

Flexible feedback

  • If necessary, booster sessions (therapy, coaching, psychoeducation) are offered during the follow-up year.
  • The client can flag the need for extra support themselves via the app or contact with their coach.

What our clients say

I am a so-called high performer. Job, costume, smiles - everything looked perfect. But behind the scenes, I was caught up in the chaos of pills and alcohol. When I finally collapsed in the middle of a client meeting, there was nothing more to hide.<br>Reset met me with discretion, dignity and experience. I was able to detox at home, safely and privately. No one pointed fingers - it was just calm, compassion and complete control.<br>They didn't just give me sobriety. They gave me a new chance to live - without running away.

Mary56 years

I had already tried to quit five times. Rehabilitations, treatments, promises - but I always fell back. Each time, the hole got deeper.<br>When Reset came to my home, I immediately felt that it was something else. They saw me - not just my addiction. There was no talk of shame, just presence and honesty.<br>The detox was tough, but they stayed. They did not back down. And for the first time I felt: this can last.<br>Reset didn't just save my life - they helped me find my way back to myself.

Axel67 years

I had everything - business, money, success. But inside it was empty. Alcohol and cocaine became my reality, my protection, my prison. I lost touch with myself, with my children, with life.<br>In the end, there were only two paths left: die or change. I chose to ask for help. It was not pretty. It was brutal, fragile and painful. But it was honest."<br>Through that process, I slowly started to find my way back to something I didn't even know I was missing - myself. And there, in the midst of the chaos, an inner peace I had never known before was born.<br>Today I live sober. Not because I have to, but because I want to. For the first time I feel alive in real life

Erik35 years

Throughout my adult life, I have been a heavy consumer of alcohol and it worked "fine" for many years. But over the last ten years, consumption gradually increased and I ended up needing wine every night to sleep and beer several mornings to get out of bed. I performed worse in all contexts, at work, socially and I became a really bad parent. I felt inadequate and worthless. The shame and anxiety were destroying me. What used to be my solution that worked so well against anxiety, stress and insomnia, ended up having the opposite effect and my life was unmanageable.<br>Through a tip from a friend who experienced similar problems, I came into contact with Reset. We worked together intensively for two months and then at longer intervals. It has worked for me and now that I have passed six months of sobriety, I am starting to feel free and the anxiety is gone. I regret not doing this earlier. I hope that more people in my situation will feel as I do today.
